Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Line Server at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA. This full-time role offers a 6:30 am to 2:30 pm schedule with rotating weekends and a $750 sign-on bonus (half at 30 days, remainder at 90 days).

Prior food service experience is required. As a Line Server you will be responsible for final food preparation in the service area, delivering meals and ensuring compliance with HACCP and OSHA guidelines.

• 1 year of food service experience required.
• Schedule: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm; days may vary; rotating weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Participates in preparation and service of food and beverages per company standards.
• Cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service.
• Follows all safety and sanitation procedures; delivers food to and from main kitchen.
• Promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, staff, and self.
• Cooperates with staff of other departments to perform duties.
• Contributes to the team and maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
