Job summary

Compass Group USA's The Centurion Lounge in Las Vegas, NV is seeking immediate candidates for a full-time LINE SERVER position. Located at 5757 Wayne Newton Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89111, online applications are accepted only.

The LINE SERVER will complete food preparation and service, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance while delivering attentive customer service. A minimum of 1 year in food service and open availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of food serving experience.
• Open availability required for full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by giving detailed, one-on-one attention.
• Participates in preparation and service of food and beverages per company standards.
• Cleans work area and equipment used in food prep and service.
• Follows safety and sanitation procedures; delivers items to and from the main kitchen.
• Promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, staff and self.
• Cooperates with staff from other departments in duties.
• Contributes to the team and maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
