Job summary

Compass Group USA, operating Flik Independent School Dining, is hiring LINE SERVER positions at Berkshire School in Sheffield, MA. Both full-time and part-time schedules available; hours may vary. Prior food-service experience preferred.

Competitive pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, plus benefits such as free meals and uniforms with laundering service at select locations. Job duties include final preparation of food items, quality customer service, adherence to HACCP and OSHA guidelines, and teamwork

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for the final preparation of all food items served in food-service area in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. May be directed by the kitchen supervisor, relief manager or team leader to ensure that quality service is provided at all times.

• Promotes clean, safe and neat environment for residents, self and staff.
• Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
