Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring for a full-time LINE SERVER at 3500 E Front Street, Monroe, MI 48161. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–1:00 pm.

The role involves final preparation of all food items in the food-service area to meet standards, with supervision by kitchen staff as needed. You will provide quality customer service, assist in food preparation and service, maintain sanitation and safety per HACCP and OSHA, keep work areas clean, and support teammates.

• Promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for residents, self, and staff.
• Cooperates with staff of other departments and contributes to the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for the final preparation of all food items served in food-service area in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. May be directed by the kitchen supervisor, relief manager or team leader to ensure that quality service is provided at all times.
