Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Line Server at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA. This full-time role offers a 6:30 am to 2:30 pm schedule with rotating weekends and a $750 sign-on bonus (half at 30 days, remainder at 90 days).

Prior food service experience is required. As a Line Server you will be responsible for final food preparation in the service area, delivering meals and ensuring compliance with HACCP and OSHA guidelines.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for the final preparation of all food items served in food-service area in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. May be directed by the kitchen supervisor, relief manager or team leader to ensure that quality service is provided at all times.

• Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
