Job summary

Lydech Thermal Acoustic Solutions (TAS) is seeking a line scheduler to manage daily production sequencing and changeovers on the assembly floor. You will review Kanban boards or schedules to determine line priorities and assign operators accordingly to optimize throughput.

The role requires prior line experience, the ability to read English instructions, and knowledge of Oracle data and labeling transactions to ensure traceability and accurate material movement.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand English.
• Knowledge of Oracle job data and labeling transactions for material accuracy.
• Experience working on a production line.

Responsibilities

• Determine product needs by reviewing Kanban or schedule.
• Monitor line performance hour by hour to ensure schedule execution.
• Ensure safety, 6S and quality standards are met on the line.
• Coordinate material availability to support schedule management.
• Assign machine and line operators to meet standard work requirements.
