Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking hospitality professionals to join our team and deliver superb service to guests. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a friendly, fast-paced dining environment and develop strong customer-service and teamwork skills.

As a team member, you will help set up the kitchen, prepare components of menu items, and maintain health and safety standards while delivering a warm, engaging guest experience.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
• Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
• Report to the executive chef and follow instructions.
• Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
• Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
