Job summary

Philips is seeking a Material Handler 2 to assist group leads in preparing the line for production, ensuring correct components are issued for each work order based on the BOM. The role keeps the line supplied and removes waste as needed.

You’ll work onsite, support workflow within the manufacturing cell, supervise pallet movement, monitor component inventory, and coordinate with warehouse staff to prevent delays in production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; familiarity with manufacturing or material handling is a plus.
• Able to meet physical, cognitive and environmental requirements for an onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the group lead to manage daily production workflow.
• Move pallets of finished goods and monitor component inventory.
• Interface with warehouse staff to stage correct components.
• Ensure materials are available to complete work orders.
