Job summary

KLN Family Brands is seeking a Warehouse Line-Puller for Tuffy's Pet Foods in Perham, MN. This mid-shift role runs 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday, with all-in hourly compensation of $23.44/hr.

Base pay is $20.96/hr plus a $1.22/hr sign-on bonus and a $1.26/hr mid-shift differential. The position focuses on keeping palletizers running, scanning products, verifying truck paperwork, and maintaining warehouse organization.

Qualifications

• Able to operate forklift
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Good knowledge of products stored in warehouse

• Read, speak, write and understand English

Responsibilities

• Keep palletizers running by removing product from lines and scanning into warehouse rows
• Operate forklifts and push pulls safely; perform daily forklift inspections
• Manage floor/space to optimize pallet layouts and rows
• Create rows for upcoming runs in the warehouse
• Load and unload shuttles and transport materials
• Sweep/clean rows before placing product into new rows
• Unload empty pallets and maintain workspace cleanliness

The Opportunity

Tuffy’s Pet Food is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Mid Shift, Warehouse Line-Puller. As a Warehouse Line-Puller, you will keep palletizers running by removing product from the lines and scanning into rows in the warehouse. you will verify truck and paperwork coincide. Maintain the line service function in the warehouse. This position will report to the warehouse manager.

Essential Duties

• Keep palletizers running by removing product from the lines and scanning into rows in the warehouse
• Be able to operate forklifts, push pulls, safely, do daily forklift inspections
• Floor/space management
• Making rows for upcoming runs
• Loading and unloading shuttles
• Sweeping and cleaning rows before putting product into new rows
• Unloading empty pallets

Qualifications

• Able to operate forklift and push pulls
• Self – Motivated
• Very good knowledge of all products stored in warehouse
• General mathematical and computer skills
• Ensure that company policy is followed
• Attend safety trainings
• Follow all safety instructions and policies
• Report any injuries or near miss accidents to supervisor
• Report any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor
• Wear required PPE, including Bump Cap and hearing protection
• Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English
