Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a prep cook for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. You will prepare foods according to prep lists and manager directions, ensuring consistent quality and portion control.

You will maintain a clean and sanitized work station at the start and end of each shift, follow sanitation policies, and assist with light dishwashing and other duties as required by management.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic prep procedures and recipe adherence.
• Ability to maintain clean, sanitized workstations and equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares foods for cooking based on prep lists and manager directions.
• Produces food of consistent quality with recipe cards and portion standards.
