Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot for Air Evac Lifeteam operations. The role offers a full-time schedule with a 7-on/7-off rotation, on‑duty housing, and a competitive salary with a 20% geographic modifier.

Candidates must meet FAA rotorcraft commercial, instrument rating, medical certs, and significant helicopter flight-hour requirements. In this position you will transport patients safely with a team, ensure aircraft readiness, and maintain regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours.
• 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours.
• 500 turbine helicopter hours.
• 100 night hours unaided or 50 unaided with 100 hours aided.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients with medical team between locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and requirements.
• Maintain AEL and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Incentives

• Salary range $106,511 - $117,162 including 20% Geo Modifier
• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatchesas described in the appropriate manuals,includingallFARand Air Evac Lifeteamrequirements, andaircraft cleanlinessduties
• MaintainaccurateAEL and regulatorydocumentation andrecord keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
