OSI Group is seeking entry-level general labor in a manufacturing setting in the United States. The role involves loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials under supervision, with emphasis on safety and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include assisting with setup, verifying equipment, inspecting products, and aiding the operator with troubleshooting when needed. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and use MS Office; High School Diploma required.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at machine speed.
• Basic English reading comprehension required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation setup lines and area according to established procedures and specifications.
• Verify correct setup and running of equipment to obtain desired results.
• Inspect product periodically through the shift to verify specifications are being met.
• Assist the operator in troubleshooting equipment when necessary.
• Be able to perform operator job functions when not present.
• Follow Safety lockout/tag-out procedures.
• Communicate any issues to management.
• Follow GMPs and safety policies.
