Job summary

WSB Enterprise is seeking a Line Operator for a rotating-shift role in a growing manufacturing facility. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a path toward long-term employment and career growth.

The position requires flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and to be available for 2 weekends per month. You will operate production line equipment, monitor quality, and work as part of a team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Rotating schedule includes 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Must be available to work 2 weekends per month.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production goals.
• Load materials and remove finished products from the production line.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production requirements.
