Job summary

Revolution in Shelbyville, TN is hiring Line Operators to support its stretch-film production lines. This hands-on role covers production, product inspection, stocking, packaging, and labeling to meet customer orders.

You will ensure safety and orderly work areas, organize materials, perform pre- and post-inspections on forklift operations, and maintain logs and production records. Candidates should have prior production experience, be flexible for nights/weekends/holidays, and be able to read

Qualifications

• Prior production and/or manufacturing experience.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
• Team player willing to take on additional responsibility as needed to meet customer orders and expectations.
• Dependable, fast learner, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work overtime as needed and on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Produce on stretch-film production lines.
• Inspect products and perform stocking, packaging, and labeling tasks.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and follow safety guidelines.
• Organize and secure materials such as resin, boxes, and finished goods.
• Perform routine post and pre-inspections to ensure forklift readiness.
• Ensure products meet or exceed quality guidelines.
• Maintain scrap rate under 4%.
• Troubleshoot line issues and adjust die bolts and gauge bands as needed.
• Operate production-related computer systems and fill out logs and production reports.
