• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with sound judgment.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in attendance.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Load cores onto core table and prepare finished stretch film rolls.
• Inspect quality, weigh rolls using scales and report results.
• Prepare product for shipping on pallets and packaging materials.
• Train on additional lines, rewinders, and related areas as needed.
• Support shift changes and maintain line housekeeping.
