Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring Line Operators at our Medford manufacturing facility to contribute directly to the production of our household pizza brands.

Starting pay is $22.75 per hour with a $1.35 per hour raise at 6 months; comprehensive benefits begin after 30 days. You will work across Assembly Line 3, monitoring ingredients, maintaining pace, and ensuring quality while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing is desirable.
• Exposure to GMPs or food/beverage industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in multiple stations on Assembly Line 3.
• Monitor, inspect and weigh ingredients and product to meet specifications.
• Maintain pace with production and prevent line shutdowns.
• Identify a quality and inferior product per requirements.
• Perform all backup duties as trained and assigned.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

We are hiring Line Operators at Nestlé’s Medford manufacturing facility who will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:

• AM Shift: 6a-6p

Starting hourly pay of $22.75/hr and $1.35/hr raise at 6 months

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:

• Work in multiple stations between different equipment on Assembly Line 3.
• Monitor, inspect and weigh ingredients and product to meet specifications.
• Maintain pace with production and perform line duties efficiently to prevent line shutdowns.
• Be able to identify a quality and inferior product per requirements.
• Perform all back up duties as trained and assigned.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent degree preferred

Skills:

• Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members.
• Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations as well as wet and dry environment.
• Ability to work safely and multi‑task in a fast‑paced, quickly changing environment
• Ability to move/lift up to 50 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills
• Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs

Pay:$22.75 per hour

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
