Job summary

Trotter Workforce in West Chester, PA is recruiting for an hourly manufacturing role on the spinning line. The position requires assembly line experience and a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Assembly line experience required.
• Experience with Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred.
• Able to collaborate in a global multi-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Safety, Quality, and Production within the spinning line.
• Assembly, load, Pack, Startup/Shutdowns and Changeovers.
• Responsible for following production schedules, replenishing material, eliminating losses, finding and fixing defects.
• Calculate and record results in data entry systems.
• Drive own results and priorities through the 5 Rocks process.
• Participate in planned stops, DDS (24 hour planning) and shift handovers.
• Assist in onboarding new team members.
• Maintain daily goals to ensure minimum loss of downtime on the machines.
• Maintain a quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment.
