Job summary

OneSource is seeking a Line Operator to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment in a Utah-based facility. You will support preventive maintenance, robotics operation, spare parts management, and continuous improvement initiatives in a factory environment.

The role requires an Associate Degree or technical certification in mechatronics or related fields, 3+ years in maintenance or automation, and ability to travel to Korea for training from Oct 2026 to Jan 2027.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in equipment maintenance, industrial automation, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for mechanical/electrical systems and reading schematics.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and robotics operation is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance: diagnose, repair, and perform PM on production machinery to maximize uptime.
  • Automation & Robotics: set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated systems and robots.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
  • Safety & Compliance: follow safety policies and 5S practices on the production floor.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Line Operator to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize automated manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will support preventive maintenance, robotics operation, spare parts management, and continuous improvement initiatives in a factory environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production machinery to maximize uptime and reliability. Maintain detailed maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Automation & Robotics: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated systems and industrial robots. Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, validation, and upgrades.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Perform root cause analysis to solve equipment failures and production issues.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety policies, enforce 5S practices, and ensure continuous process improvement across the production floor.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate Degree or Technical Certification in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Automation.
  • Experience: 3+ years in equipment maintenance, industrial automation, or manufacturing operations.
  • Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities for mechanical/electrical systems and proficiency reading technical drawings/schematics.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and work overtime when necessary.
  • Travel Requirement: Must be willing and able to travel to Korea for required training from October 2026 through January 2027.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with industrial robotics, PLC troubleshooting, or Smart Factory/MES environments.
