Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Eastman, GA is seeking a manufacturing technician to process parts in tanks according to specifications and work orders. You will calculate processing times and prepare parts for finishing steps.

Qualifications

• Required experience racking parts on either Line A or D.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications and work orders.
• Calculates the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts.
• Removes parts from tank after specified time, rinses parts and immerse them in bath before finishing.
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput.
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line.
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly.
• Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned
