About The Role

Join Our Dynamic Production Team at Forza Foods!

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Line Manager - Production (Low Care) to join our onsite Production Team at our Protein facility in Normanton. If you are passionate about Operations & Production and eager to contribute to a vibrant team, this role is ideal for you!

Position Details:

Schedule:4 on 2 off, rotating shifts from 6:30am to 10:30pm
Location: Forza Foods - Site Based Role
Contract Type:Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver production plans effectively
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
• Manage and develop a team of operatives, fostering motivation and communication
• Exhibit strong leadership behaviors and foster a collaborative environment
• Train and support new starters
• Maintain high standards for specifications and quality
• Manage labor efficiently and monitor line performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
