Qualifications

• Possession of OEPA Wastewater Collection I & Water Distribution I Licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs unskilled and semi-skilled labor under supervision to assist with department operations.
• Operates equipment and tools, refits pipes and manholes, digs trenches, and assists with concrete and asphalt patches.
• Assists with backfilling, bedding pipe, and related duties; maintains safety at job sites and performs overtime during emergencies.
