In this role, you will be the frontline guardian, using specialized locating equipment to detect and mark underground utilities, ensuring safety and compliance in excavation projects. Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of compressor stations, gathering systems, and processing plant operations
• Experience with mechanical equipment and safe handling of flammable gases and liquids
• Proficient in using utility locating equipment and tools
• Strong computer skills for documentation and ticket updates
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Have Skills

• Prior experience in oil field or pipeline location
• Familiarity with excavation safety procedures
• Ability to witness third-party crossings and handle multiple priorities

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

Other Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, heights, and confined spaces
• Must pass drug and alcohol testing as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT)
• Availability for overtime, weekend work, and callouts, with a physical ability to walk 5-7 miles daily and perform physically demanding tasks
