Role Description

We are seeking motivated and hands‑on Entry‑Level Manufacturing Engineers to join our glass production team as Line Leaders. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, industrial environment and prefer being on the production floor rather than behind a desk. You will work directly with equipment, processes, and operators to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput in real time.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support daily manufacturing operations by working directly on the production floor
  • Analyze and improve glass production processes for efficiency, safety, and quality
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues in real time
  • Collaborate with operators, maintenance teams, and supervisors to implement improvements
  • Monitor process performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts
  • Assist with equipment setup, testing, and optimization
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
