Lindt & Sprüngli Group is seeking a production line lead in Stratham, NH to manage a full shift, drive productivity, and uphold quality standards. You will oversee line staff, implement 5S and TPM initiatives, and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
The role requires 2 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to train and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Position Purpose: The individual in this position is responsible for running an entire production line, and ensuring line productivity meets department standards for volume and quality. This is accomplished by assigning daily duties, overseeing line personnel and ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Compensation Range: $18.24 - $23.72 per hour
