Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Production Team Leader to guide daily manufacturing activities and drive quality, safety, and on-time delivery across the line.

You will mentor staff, coordinate workflow, monitor equipment, and implement improvements using 5S and Lean principles. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of manufacturing leadership and strong computer skills, with HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership.
• Strong leadership capability and manufacturing knowledge (5S, Lean Manufacturing, technical drawing).
• General computer skills (Email, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Gives direction and improvement recommendations for manufacturing processes.
• Ensures compliance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
• Assists with inventory, packaging, shipping/receiving and general facility maintenance as needed.
• Projects staffing for daily and future production needs.
• Monitors machinery, processes and work layouts to recommend improvements.
• May conduct safety and training programs for the production line.
• Mentors line staff and facilitates problem solving.
• Maintains and coaches standard work practices across all processes
