Job Summary
The Line Lead is responsible for the performance of their assigned production line, including safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and cost management. They oversee the line's operations 24/7, setting direction and leading teams to meet business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the Line Structure Team to achieve facility goals
• Manage the Clean/Inspect/Lubricate (CIL) and Incident Elimination Daily Management Systems
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly directions for the production line
• Implement 90-day plans to eliminate losses and improve efficiency
• Coach equipment owners and team members in technical and operational skills
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant field preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and technical skills
• Ability to influence and mobilize resources effectively
