Job summary

Tito's Handmade Vodka is hiring a Line Inspector to perform on-line quality checks and document findings. You will elevate issues to Bottling, Maintenance, and Quality teams and help uphold GMPs to prevent gluten contamination.

The role requires a detail-focused candidate with QA exposure and Excel/O365 familiarity. It is a full-time on-site position with benefits and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in QA is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Knowledge of O365 and Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product and packaging materials for defects and communicate issues to leadership.
• Record defective product information on documentation.
• Maintain good manufacturing practices to avoid gluten contamination.
• Report gluten cross contamination to Quality Assurance leadership.
• Support and complete projects assigned by department leadership.
• Work overtime and weekends when required.

They record their findings accurately and elevate quality‑related issues to the Bottling, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

Line inspectors constantly perform quality checks on materials and finished goods while at a designated location on the production line. They record their findings accurately and elevate quality‑related issues to the Bottling, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product and packaging materials for defects, communicating critical defects and trending issues to department leadership and coworkers.
• Record defective product and material information on appropriate documentation.
• Maintain good manufacturing practices to avoid gluten contamination.
• Report any instance of gluten cross contamination to Quality Assurance leadership.
• Support and complete projects assigned by department leadership.
• Work overtime and weekends when required.

Physical Requirements

• Required to stand in place for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify and distinguish colors and small, faint print and objects at close distance.
• Ability to frequently lift/lower, push, carry or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to respond quickly to sounds and maintain situational awareness.
