The Instrument Man I will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of construction experience, 2 of which are as a Rodman.

Compensation for this position is expected to range from $27.00 to $33.00 per hour (or $XX,XXX to $XX,XXX annually).

Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, training, skills, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, and business needs.
