Job summary

You will operate forklifts to move products off the production line and store them in designated warehouse locations, and assist with other plant tasks as required.

The role requires forklift certification, familiarity with warehouse layout, production scheduling, and strong safety awareness in an insulation manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification and 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the warehouse layout and product codes.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules.
• Knowledge and certification in LOTO program.

Responsibilities

• Operate propane sit-down lift trucks after safety checks.
• Use the SAPI system to document moves and labels.
• Perform TPM checks on equipment.
• Create labels for each production run and verify label information.
• Operate and troubleshoot label applicator.
• Verify piece counts and pallet labeling.
• Inspect packaging for quality defects.
• Move products from line to designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and 5S practices.
• Fill in for other plant tasks as needed.
