• Ability to be cross-trained in all kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Prep and execute all menu items for dine-in and to-go.
• Keep all restaurant areas clean and organized.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in maintaining food par levels.
• Conduct line checks for quality control.
• Follow all food safety and cleaning checklists.
