Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our full-service kitchen team. You will prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely service while upholding food safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring basic cooking knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required for this role.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• May need to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
