Portions, washes, peels, slices, and mixes vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients from entrees appetizers, salads, and garnishes. Carves and slices meats and cheese. Measure and mixes ingredients to make salad dressings, sauces, salads, and hot and cold food items following recipes.
