Qualifications

• Advanced culinary techniques and recipes knowledge.
• ServeSafe and Food Handler’s Certification required.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create menus seasonally based on customer research.
• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.
• Prepare and present food attractively.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed.
• Follow all food safety regulations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by head chef or management.
