Job summary

The Rose Group / Applebee's is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team and contribute to consistently high-quality dishes while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. You will prepare and plate meals, maintain a clean, organized work area, and support the line during busy periods.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended shifts; shifts may be full- or part-time based on scheduling.

Line Cook

Duties of the position include consistent excellence in food preparation, always observing safety protocols and cleanliness standards, set up of equipment, and verification of stock.

Qualified line cooks will need to have great communication skills, the ability to lift 25-50 lbs, and can work standing for the length of the shift. Actual work hours, whether full-time or part-time, will be based on work shift availability and management discretion.
