Job summary

Midtown Athletic Club in Weston, FL is seeking a part-time Line Cook to join our vibrant F&B team. You will prepare and plate meals with pride, follow recipes and presentation standards, and keep kitchen areas clean and safe for members.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of cooking experience and a current ServSafe certification. Teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work under pressure are essential to deliver consistent, high-quality food and service.

Qualifications

• Two years of food preparation and cooking experience.
• Current ServSafe certification (food handler & allergen) preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and follow health guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate delicious meals quickly and accurately.
• Follow established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen areas at all times.
• Assist with catering events and daily food prep.
• Support the team to deliver a high-quality guest experience within safety standards.
