Power Design is seeking a Line Cook for our food truck to prepare and cook menu items while delivering friendly service. You will take orders, plate meals, and maintain a clean workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include recipe execution, timely service, inventory awareness, and assisting with events and catering as needed. Applicants should have 5+ years line cook experience and familiarity with health standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a line cook in fast-paced food service.
• Experience in a café, food truck, quick-service restaurant, or similar customer-facing operation preferred.
• Knowledge of health department standards and food safety regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.

• Perform routine clerical duties in support of daily café operations, as assigned.
