Job summary

Chili's is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help set the pace for a great shift, every shift. You will learn and execute recipe procedures, maintain a clean kitchen, and follow safety policies.

You’ll communicate ticket times and keep orders flowing while contributing to a welcoming environment. We offer a fast hiring process, flexible part-time or full-time schedules, and growth opportunities within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm demeanor with team members.

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!

• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
