Belmont Village Rancho Santa Fe is opening a state‑of‑the‑art senior living community and is building a Culinary team from the ground up. As a Line Cook, you’ll prepare made‑from‑scratch dishes using in‑house recipes, support a restaurant‑style menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and contribute to special events throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months Line Cook experience in a high volume restaurant setting.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Offers of employment contingent upon post‑offer screenings (background, drug, TB, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Prepare made-from-scratch dishes according to Belmont Village recipes and standards.
• Execute an extensive made-to-order, restaurant-style menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Follow recipes and portioning and plate presentation standards.
• Execute Chef-created menus for special events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked kitchen adhering to food safety regulations.
