Job summary

Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes, the Austin-based burger place, is hiring LINE COOKS, PREP / SALAD COOKS, FRY COOKS & GRILL COOKS. You will work in the back of the house, preparing menu items and collaborating with teammates and managers to ensure the highest quality products and service.

Team members typically average $18+ per hour with base pay plus tip share; tipped roles are not guaranteed. We offer health, life and dental insurance, discounts on shifts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work well with team and managers to deliver high-quality products and service.
• Tolerance for tipping-based compensation with base pay plus tips.
