Katsuya in Los Angeles is seeking a Line Cook to ensure the highest quality dishes across assigned stations. You will set up, stock, cook, present dishes per recipes, and maintain sanitation and equipment standards throughout service.
Preferred candidates have at least two years in contemporary dining and hold ANSI Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Service certificates. This role requires standing for long shifts and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Line Cook is responsible for ensuring the highest quality food is served at all times. The Line Cook handles all aspects of their assigned cooking station – sets up, stock product, cook, and presents dishes according to recipes, cleans, sanitizes, and maintains equipment, utensils, and tools.
Must be able to provide documentation that shows you are authorized to work in the United States. Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in high-end, service-focused environment. It is the employee's responsibility to secure and maintain the current status of all required certificates, licenses, or registrations when required by local, state, or federal government agencies. ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certificate recognized by the ABC.
