Job summary

Chili's is seeking Kitchen Team Members to help set the pace of a great shift and ensure dependable, fast service.

You will learn and execute our recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean, follow safety policies, and communicate ticket times to teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Chili's, born in Dallas in 1975, offers growth opportunities and a great team culture.

Qualifications

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!
