• Read and follow basic instructions, production lists, menus, and banquet event orders.
• Complete accurate record-keeping and maintain sanitation standards.
• Adhere to health department regulations for safe food handling.

Skills & Qualifications

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods without sitting or leaning.

• Tolerate high temperatures (up to 500°F ovens) and low temperatures (40°F walk-in refrigerators).
• Walk continuously throughout a 10‑hour shift.
