• Previous cooking experience required
• Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
• Must possess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer’s needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized work environment including utensils, kitchen equipment, refrigerators, etc.
• Be capable of following standard recipes and produce dishes consistently with a high-quality standard
• Follow directions from culinary leaders
• Keep appropriate par of prep items, follow checklists and effectively communicate needs with other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager appropriate to the function.
