Chili's is seeking Kitchen Team Members to help set the pace for a great shift. You will learn and execute recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean, and ensure food orders move smoothly from the kitchen. The role emphasizes teamwork and a friendly, fast-paced environment.

We offer a flexible part-time or full-time schedule with opportunities for growth, a strong team atmosphere, and a comprehensive benefits package. Previous food-service experience is preferred but not required.

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!
