Qualifications

• Experienced in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Food handler certification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts.
• Previous experience working as line cook.

Responsibilities

• Work prep, and all stations (Fryer and Grill stations).
• Clean kitchen every day and assist on deep cleaning days.
• Maintain clean work area and follow department of health standards.
• Work with staff members on getting orders out in a timely manner.

Skills

Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

Food handler certification
