Job summary

Grasslands Club in Gallatin, TN is seeking both Full-Time and Part-Time Line Cooks to support our elevated dining experiences, tournaments, pool service, and private events throughout the summer and beyond.

The Line Cook prepares high-quality menu items according to established recipes, maintains standards of quality, presentation, and service timelines, and collaborates with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Previous Line Cook or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef specifications
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Execute efficient service during high-volume periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with prep work, receiving deliveries, and proper storage
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless operations
• Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates during service
