Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional line cook experience.
• Ability to work all hot line stations and adapt quickly.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Work all hot line stations and maintain strong station readiness.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Assist with prep, stocking, cleaning, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and teammates in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Support smooth service execution during high-volume shifts.
