Job summary

Chili's is seeking a Kitchen Team Member in Hendersonville, TN to learn and execute recipes, keep the kitchen clean, and follow safety policies. You will help keep orders flowing and contribute to a welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly demeanor, the ability to work quickly in a high-volume setting, and prior food service experience in a similar role. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to use kitchen equipment (slicers, mixers, grinders, etc.).
• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!
