The position emphasizes our scratch kitchen philosophy and seasonal menus. As part of onboarding, you’ll advance your culinary career through Rouxbe Online Culinary School, earning 9 transferable college credits upon completion.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment is helpful.
