Job summary

Ivy Living is seeking cooks for a Full Scratch Kitchen at Ivy Park at San Tomas, San Jose. You will work Fridays through Mondays, 10:30am–6:30pm, contributing to seasonal menus with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests.

The role emphasizes in-person interaction, flexibility, and a commitment to safety, with health screenings and background checks required. Competitive benefits are offered by Oakmont Management Group.

What we request

• Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast paced line or working a prep cook line station
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including physical and TB Tests
• For the health and safety of our team members and residents Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate participate in daily screening surveillance testing and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment PPE to prevent the spread of the COVID 19 or other communicable diseases per regulatory guidelines
